About Counselling and Psychotherapy
At some time in our lives, many of us may feel stressed, anxious or depressed – maybe even suicidal. Perhaps a specific life event has triggered these feelings, such as relationship breakdown, illness, bereavement, work pressures or some other crisis in your personal life.
Sometimes we don’t know why we feel a certain way, therefore, having the opportunity to talk about what is going on for us can often help.
