What Happens

Before Treament

Prior to your treatment you will need to complete a full consultation and postural assessment. This will enable your therapist to fully understand the nature of your injury and the symptoms that you are experiencing. A specific treatment plan will then be tailored to suit your needs. After care advice and stretching exercises will be given after each session.

During Treatment

Treatment sessions range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes depending on the nature of treatment required which will be discussed prior to making your appointment. Please note that for all first time clients the consultation will take approximately 15 minutes which will reduce the duration of the hands on treatment on your first visit
